Can I exchange or return an item?

For unopened items: Yes! We understand how your circumstances may change or you may change your mind. As long as you return the item(s) within 30 days, unopened, and still in saleable condition, we can give you a full refund for the product(s) or exchange them for something different. Of course, we can not refund your shipping or return shipping fees. The only items that are non-returnable are those in the healthy snack category. That includes, bars, cookies, muffins, peanut butter, etc.

If you ordered the item more than 30 days ago, you can still return the products for an in store credit, but we will charge a 25% re-stocking fee. We can take care of this for you right away!

If you ordered more than 3 months ago, we can not accept returns.

For opened items: If you have already opened, used, or partially used a product that you received from us, we can give you an in store credit towards new items in most cases. We can not refund you for opened products.

You can return an opened product as long as you ordered it within the last 7 days. You must return the bottle back to us. We will then give you an in store credit minus the shipping or return shipping fees. We can not accept returns or exchanges on the items that you receive resulting from this return of an opened bottle.
